Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, implementation and deployment of custom software solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Dynamics 365 leveraging Microsoft .NET framework and related technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, and Microsoft Azure.
• Lead Software Development teams and provide technical leadership.
• Involved in system architecture and high-level design decisions; evaluate technologies, ensure scalability, and define best practices.
• Take ownership of complex problems, make architectural decisions, and help shape project direction.
• Review detailed specifications (i.e., User Stories and Interface Control Document) from which development effort and/or system configurations will be implemented.
• Perform high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex applications.
• Direct and participate in all phases of application development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing, and acceptance phases.
• Advise on the most efficient development approach.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs, gather user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for application development.
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and workflows to align with specific business processes and enhance user experience.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of applications, configurations, and customizations for reference and future enhancements.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to effectively use the applications and troubleshoot common issues.
• Mentor junior developers and help guide best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field and 8 years of experience as Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Software Developer or any job title involving software development.
• Will accept a Master's degree and 6 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience.
• Experience must include software development using Microsoft .NET technologies, Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
