About Us

MERP was co-founded by two engineers, Nivita Ganesan and Prem Nair, who gained experienced working at Fortune 500 companies (PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Sprint Nextel, Time Warner) as well as for the Government (City of Alexandria). They realized that a small business could still provide innovative solutions to complex business problems with the latitude to use a customer first approach. Having learned the technical aspects of IT work at these larger organizations, they founded MERP to put their client’s goals first. The corporate culture at MERP focuses not only effective program management but also innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement. 

At MERP Systems, our consultative approach to business and IT challenges addresses and integrates all the key variables to ensure successful program implementation and ease of use. Our relationships typically start with smaller IT service engagements. MERP uses a custom platform orientation created by professionals with great expertise in telecommunications and database management coupled with advanced financial and cost accounting experience.

Our in-depth knowledge of Government, commercial and nonprofit business dynamics enables us to identify and use a best practices approach to solve evolving business challenges.
