Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and support custom software solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Dynamics 365 leveraging Microsoft .NET framework and related technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, Web Services, and Microsoft Azure.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs, gather user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for application development.
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and workflows to align with specific business processes and enhance user experience.
• Develop necessary software code required to support projects following the guidelines and standard industry practices and using .NET, C#, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop custom application programming interfaces (APIs) for third party integrations, Azure function Apps, Power Apps portals.
• Create unit test plans and test cases based on technical requirements.
• Test every module of code developed and feature of the software solution, and ensure all potential issues are identified and fixed before User Acceptance Testing.
• Provide help with setting up technical environments including development, staging, and production.
• Maintain detailed documentation of applications, configurations, and customizations for reference and future enhancements.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365 Platform.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to effectively use the applications and troubleshoot common issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field and 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, Programmer/Systems Analyst, Software Developer or any job title involving software development.
• Will accept a Master's degree and 3 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience.
• Experience must include software development using Microsoft .NET technologies, Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
